On June 13, the second meeting of the Organizing Committee for the 3rd CIS Games was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov.
During the event, Baku City Circuit Operations Company, operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, delivered presentations outlining the ongoing preparations for the Games.
Updates were provided on accreditation procedures, airport arrival and departure services, transportation arrangements during the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as on competition days. The meeting also covered matters related to supply and logistics, administrative coordination, staffing, implementation of the volunteer program, media and communications services, sports operations, preparation of competition venues, and security measures.
