On September 4, the 3rd meeting of the Organizing Committee for the 3rd CIS Games took place under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samir Sharifov.
During the meeting, the Baku City Circuit, operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, delivered presentations on the ongoing preparations for the Games.
The Committee was briefed on progress across a wide range of operational areas, including airport operations, transportation, security, uniforms, accreditation, branding, events, award ceremonies, ticketing, logistics, catering services, cleaning and waste management. Updates were also shared on administrative affairs, human resources and workforce, the volunteer program for the 3rd CIS Games, venue management, media services and communications, information technologies and broadcasting, sports operations, preparations for the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the readiness of sports facilities.
