On the day of the official opening of the 3rd CIS Games, restrictions will be in effect on some roads in Ganja.
From 06:00 to 00:00 on September 28, traffic will be completely restricted on the following avenues and streets of Ganja:
1. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Teymur Hajiyev Street
2. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Baku Street
3. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Mammad Alim Street
4. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Samad bey Mehmandarov Street
5. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Bilal Gahramanov Street
6. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Feyzulla Mirza Street
7. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Muhammad Fuzuli Street
8. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Gasim bey Zakir Street
9. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Rasul Rza Street
10. Ataturk Avenue, intersection with Baku Street
11. Chingiz Mustafayev Street, intersection with City Ganjavi Street
12. Ashraf bek Taghiyev Street, intersection with Khamsa Street
13. Omar Faig Nemanzade Street, intersection with Khamsa Street
14. Mukhtar Avsharov Street, intersection with Shakir Kerimov Street
15. Muhammad Fuzuli Street, intersection with Baku Street

It should be noted that the 3rd CIS Games will take place from September 28 to October 8, 2025, in seven cities across Azerbaijan: Ganja, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Gabala, Sheki, Goygol, and Khankendi. The opening and closing ceremonies will be held at Ganja City Stadium. Both events will start at 19:00 local time.
