The table tennis competitions of the III CIS Games continued today at the Gabala Olympic Sports Complex.
In the men’s doubles, the duo of Adil Ahmadzade and Onur Guluzade defeated the Belarusian pair Ivan Zaitsau – Aleksey Rabushka 3-0 in the semifinals and advanced to the final. However, in the decisive match, they lost to the Russian duo and won silver medals.
In the girl’s doubles event, the duo of Yagmur Mammadli and Aylin Asgarova were defeated in the semifinals, finishing third and claiming bronze medals.
In the mixed doubles event, Marziyya Nurmatova and Onur Guluzade also secured bronze medals.
