Judo competitions have started today at the Goygol Olympic Sports Complex as part of the 3rd CIS Games.
Azerbaijani athletes Muhammadali Khyushuyev (55 kg), Gulshan Huseynova (44 kg), Zeid Aleskerov (60 kg), Sunai Salamova (40 kg), Royal Gayibov (60 kg), Huseyn Huseynov (66 kg), Fakhri Sahibzade (66 kg), Kenul Eyvazli (44 kg), Narmin Agamirzade (52 kg), Nazaket Veliyeva (57 kg), Muhammad Agakishiev (81 kg) and Subkhan Akhundov (+90 kg) won the semifinal matches.
Thus, 12 Azerbaijani judokas reached the final.
It should be noted that the judo competitions will end on October 5.
