The Gabala Shooting Center hosted shotgun competitions as part of the 3rd CIS Games.
Azerbaijani athlete Narmin Badalli took second place in solo competition in shotgun (trap). The gold medal in this category was won by Russian Alina Akhatova.
Another Azerbaijani athlete also won the silver medal. Murtaza Novruzlu took the second place in solo competition in shotgun (trap), and Russian Kirill Bagrov took the first place.
In addition Daniella Ulanova won a bronze medal in the individual competition in bench shooting (skeet).
Thus, the results of the shotgun competitions were summed up. Azerbaijani athletes completed them with 9 medals (5 silver, 4 bronze).
